Highest Self Guidance Session

In this process, which works just as well either in-person or remotely via video link, I guide you into a relaxed, lightly-altered but fully conscious state using breathwork and visualisation techniques, before establishing a connection to the most Divinely-connected, highest aspect of your consciousness, that eternal part of you that speaks to you through your intuition. 

Prior to the session we agree on a list of pre-determined questions which I will ask your Highest Self to answer, encouraging you to speak the first words that enter your mind in response, which in almost all cases come through with a kind of authority, clarity, and loving, parental kindness that our ‘smaller’, more human selves rarely show up with.

I have worked this process with many over the past few years and the results vary as much as the people themselves. Some of these Highest aspects of people come through with simple, short and direct answers while others are more chatty, but the outcome is always loving, nurturing guidance and supportive advice for the seeker, usually focused on helping them to make the choices that would align with their Highest Good and Divine Life Purpose.  Sometimes very practical, mundane help is offered on subjects such as health and nutrition, but all of it is useful and often mind-expanding and beautiful, sometimes touching on the greater nature of our reality.

Sessions are recorded, as often people have a hazy recollection of what was spoken through them during session.  I am a stickler for holding energetic space with the utmost integrity and safety, again always with the firm intention of Highest Good for all in accordance with Divine Will.
